"James and his team provided an outstanding service from start to finish. The apartment was cleaned to an exceptionally high standard, with excellent attention to detail throughout.
James himself was a pleasure to deal with — professional, courteous and incredibly accommodating. Communication was seamless, he was completely transparent about pricing and expectations from the outset, and he went above and beyond to work around our timings.
Having worked within the concierge industry for over 20 years, I have dealt with many service providers and have a very high standard when it comes to both quality and customer service. James and his team genuinely impressed me on both fronts.
The professionalism, reliability and standard of service were exceptional, and I would feel completely confident recommending James and his team to my own clients. I will certainly be using their services again."
